First shower in four days feels like sunshine. It sucks when you're too tired and sore to bother with taking one.

Still moving/packing/unpacking.

Today's remaining agenda:
1. Go to Comcast and exchange bad HD-DVR (component output not working) for a new one (and it had better have HDMI!)
2. Go to Cox and stop service.
3. Vote.
4. Get the rest of our crap out of the apartment (in this crappy on and off rain) which should only take a couple of hours including drive time (especially with both of our vehicles and the help of one [maybe two] friend's pickup[s]).
5. Profit! (I wish)

Tomorrow:
1. Go to work.
2. Come home and help blackoween clean the apartment.
3. Turn in apartment keys by midnight.
4. Profit!

By the way, drinking hot coffee out of a regular glass sucks. (We forgot the coffee mugs yesterday.)

Here's a sample of my speed with Cox. I am currently paying $20 less for the Cox "triple play" than I will be for Comcast's "double play" (no phone with Comcast since we're ditching the land line and going cellular-only). The lack of competition out in the county is irritating.

I went to bed Sunday evening with a sore throat. It's been mostly downhill from there. Mostly congestion and sore throat accompanied by fever/chills. Drinking tons of hot tea with honey helps some but only provides temporary relief. Sleeping mostly through the nights with two- to three-hour naps throughout the day. Every time I think that my fever has broken, it comes back (seemingly) stronger than before. Ugh.

What really bugs me is that I can work from home yet I don't feel that I could get anything accomplished so I don't even try. Oh well, at least I have some leave saved up!

I see that half of my f-list is sick as well. I hope y'all are doing better than I am.
